We're at 175,000 words of adventure text!
That doesn't include the bestiary or player's guide. I assure you, I know it's not just about size - the quality is there too. Some of the adventures have swollen in word count just for that reason, to ensure you have the best possible experience running time-traveling-dinosaur senanagains at your table!

We’ve sharpened our quills to wrap up the last adventures for A Time Traveler’s Guide to Dinosaur Hunting and record the last entries in the bestiary. We’re closing on finishing these, so you should expect to see some new alpha adventures soon, and we expect to send out the finished PDFs by May.
We hoped to get you the printed books in June and while we won’t quite manage that, it looks like those books will be coming a little later - we won’t have exact dates until a little later in the manufacturing process, but we expect you should be able to tear open some boxes and adventure through dimensions with physical books somewhere around late summer.

It's not quite an ice age out there, but there's enough snow outside right now that a sabertooth tiger wouldn't seem entirely out of place. We hope this message finds you all warm and safe.
But if you are cold, a quick ride on the Pacific Thunder can remedy that. It's a balmy 110 in the shade in Shard City these days. The bustling streets are filled with wagons pulled by giant reptiles, shard miners, gunslingers, and townsfolk.
Saddle Up! Two Alpha Adventures Are Here
Who's ready for some dinos? Two adventures are headed your way via BackerKit. Since they send in batches, yours might take a moment to arrive, but it's coming, promise.
Four more adventures are in the art phase now, with illustrations landing in my inbox that make me genuinely giddy. This project is coming together better than I dared hope, and I'm still pinching myself that we're really doing this. Thank you for making it possible.
We're excited to hear what you think of these adventures. These are alpha versions, so you might run into an error; if that happens, the best way to let us know is that email.
Jungles of Terror
The good news: you won't have to dig your time machine out of the snow.
The bad news: you and your companions are stranded on a hot, high-gravity planet where the local predators have gained psionic powers and an uncanny cunning after exposure to shard radiation. To get back to your own timeline, you'll need to fix your temporal disruptor - easier said than done as it was jettisoned in an explosion and now lies somewhere in the surrounding rain forest.
Once Upon a Time in the Weird West
Explore (and escape!) an alternate version of the Wild West.
Some things will be familiar - saloons, trains, and drifters coming into town with goals all their own. The ghost haunting his own grave and Pinkertons riding pterodactyls might not have appeared in the West from the textbooks in your timeline. To have any hope of going home, you'll need to face a brutal gang of bandits and pull off a daring heist on a shard-powered train.
Player's Guide Update
An updated Player's Guide (Alpha 3 v0.95) is now in BackerKit. We've made balance adjustments to all three classes based on playtesting and feedback. If you downloaded an earlier version, you'll want to snag the new one.

It's that time of year again. Time for holiday celebrations and the transition to a new year.
2025 has been amazing, much like a rollercoaster. The ups have been so high, yet for many of us, we're ready to get off after one corkscrew too many.
My wish for each of you is a wonderful 2026. A time of peace and prosperity. A time torest and time to work. A time when your voice rings true and speaks from your heart.

Timeline Update
We'd hoped to have more alpha adventures in your hands by now. December's pace didn't match our ambitions. The good news: we're still solidly on track for the June delivery window. You'll see a steady stream of alphas rolling out through January and February as we prep everything for print. We'll keep you posted as each one drops.
Conquest of Baird Adventure Is Currently On Sale
After a catastrophic failure during a time jump, you find yourself stranded on one of the harshest planets in the ‘verse, in a standalone mini-campaign full of danger and dinosaurs. Alone, there is little chance you'd survive long in the brutal Hinterveldt Savannah, but a group of stegosaurian refugees offer hope and a plan.
You'll only need to do one thing to escape - repair a broken time machine before a kentrosaurus-riding barbarian and his horde destroy the stegosaurian village and your chance to get home. Embark on a dangerous quest to save your new allies, your companions, and yourself.
The Conquest of Baird is a standalone mini-campaign set on Yirdrassic, one of many worlds introduced in A Time Traveler’s Guide to Dinosaur Hunting, and includes everything you'll need to run this action-packed introduction to the 'verse:

I am very pleased to announce that Darryl has decided to adopt an internet cryptid - by which, I mean that I am thrilled to be working with him at Splattered Ink. You may know me from as Jinx on the Splattered Ink Discord or have seen me with editing credits in a PDF as Altair Alan. Getting to know some of you as a moderator on the Splattered Ink Discord has been amazing, and the excitement and curiosity in that community is a major part of why I wanted to be more involved. I'll be taking over some of Devin's duties, so if you have any customer service-related questions, hit me up: [email protected]!
